Due to high demand and the additional health and safety measures now in place to protect our logistics teams, our deliveries are taking longer to reach you.

Please be assured that we are working hard to get your orders to you as soon as we can and expect to ship your order within this week.

In light of recent events surrounding the outbreak of Covid-19, we wanted to update you on our current situation. The health and safety of our customers, suppliers, employees and community is of the greatest importance to us at Falcon Enamelware.

 

To protect the health of our employees, our London shop has temporarily closed but as it stands, we continue to ship globally from our website and parcels will still be delivered in a timely manner. We want to let you know that we take the recent developments very seriously and our warehouse is operating in line with advice from the World Health Organization. Extra measures have been put in place in order to protect our staff and customers including deeper cleaning in the factory and warehouse, social distancing within the warehouse, and remote working for our office-based staff.

 

For both our website and trade customers, if there are any delays you will be notified as soon as possible. Please rest assured that we continue to monitor the situation and to take all necessary precautions.
