BRAND MARKETING MANAGER – FULL TIME

The Role:

We’re looking for a versatile Brand Marketing Manager to join our small but growing team. Your work will run across a whole range of workflows from managing online content, coordinating collaboration projects, planning and scheduling our busy social and PR calendar. You will be responsible for managing and assisting our small team of consultants to deliver on ambitious targets.

In addition to being a highly organised multi-tasker, you’ll have the opportunity to project manage our varied marketing events throughout the year. There is plenty of opportunity for this role to evolve as we grow.

EXPORT AND LOGISTICS SPECIALIST – FULL TIME.

The role:

We’re looking for a versatile Export and Logistics Specialist to join our small but growing team.

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our products are delivered to customers with the highest standard in the most cost effective way. Your work will run across a range of workflows from managing export documents, offering advice and support to the sales team on exports and delivery services for B2B orders (air and sea freight). You will be reviewing and managing our delivery services for B2B and B2C customers, optimising global warehousing, and managing relationships with logistics and warehousing providers.

FINANCE OFFICER – PART TIME

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised Finance Officer to join our small but growing team, three days per week. You will be working independently through a whole range of workflows from, compiling end of month journals, along with regular financial forecasting, reporting to the management team and assisting with preparing VAT reports.

Your day-to-day tasks will include; bank reconciliation, processing invoices and credit notes, monthly payment run, and prepare weekly sales report for the whole team.

There is plenty of opportunity for this role to evolve as we grow. About you:

Ambitious with a thirst for learning Preferable experience of using Xero accounting software. Preferable Payroll experience but not essential. A highly commercial mindset with an eye for detail. Outstanding communication skills and high level of self-motivation. Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small, ambitious team.
